The Alexander is a 48,650 square foot, four-story Mixed-use Residential and Retail Facility located at Seacrest Beach, FL. As the General Contractor, Randolph Williamson worked with architects, Bullock Tice Associates, to design and construct the site. This 4 story mixed used retail and condo concrete structure is located adjacent to Rosemary Beach, Florida. The facility is a high end condo development consistent with the surrounding beaches of South Walton.
