This expansion and renovation at Southside Church included the addition of 9,600 square feet and two stories locate at 777 Robinson Road in Peachtree City, GA. As the Design Builder, Randolph Williamson worked with architects, Foley Design Associates to design and construct the addition of classrooms, assembly space and administrative support offices using structural steel, EPDM roofing, exterior metal framing with an EIFS and split-faced block façade and architectural pre-cast accents.

This expansion extended Southside Church’s existing two-story structure an additional 60' to add much needed space for the Church as well as classrooms for Landmark Christian School. Since  the church wanted the expansion to match their existing building, we aligned all the exterior windows, and designed interior finishes and exterior facades to mimic the existing building.

We worked thru the design/build details to fast track this two-story 9,800 square foot project. The original completion date was set for early September 2008 based on the design, permitting & construction expectations; however we was able to complete this project early August 2008, which allowed Landmark Christian School to begin their school year in a brand new facility. The project features an interior asphalt “street” in an upstairs hallway to support a church youth program called Upstreet.
