Mark brings nearly 25 years of development, construction and property management experience to his leadership role. Now as president over construction, Mark is responsible for all operational aspects of construction including sales, marketing administration, safety, financial management, and project leadership. He is committed to delivering the highest quality work, on time and at the agreed upon cost.
Under Mark’s direction, the construction firm has become regionally recognized as a leader in both development and construction projects throughout the Sunbelt. The firm specializes in projects from $2 million to $20 million dollars in range and has particular construction expertise in industrial, office, MOB, religious and educational facilities, as well as hospitality.
Mark has been an integral part of the team since joining the company in 1992. His career spans from property manager in charge of maintaining the occupancy of company owned buildings, to vice president of property management, to chief financial officer responsible for all accounting and administrative activities.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and has furthered his education through classes from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Regional Business Development Manager
J.R. Riley is a professional marketing and business consultant specializing in executive project management. Her dynamic, comprehensive background includes research & project procurement, joint venture initiatives, training & supervision, organizational development, crowdsource funding, and communications/public relations. She has worked with a variety of clients including private businesses and civic organizations.
Also an entrepreneur, J.R. founded Diverse Resources, Inc. in 2000. The consulting firm served small and mid-sized companies in the construction and engineering industry. She helped her clients achieve greater market penetration and growth by establishing in-house business development programs.
During her time in L.A., J.R collaborated with City Councilman Curren Price’s Business Resource Center where she created a monthly Business Networking event for client engagement opportunities. She also lent her comprehensive client retention expertise to panel participation in then-Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa’s and Councilman Price’s Business Resource programs.
In 2019, J.R. joined Randolph Williamson as Regional Business Development Manager. She will assist the commercial construction firm with implementation business development, contributing to growth of all company divisions including real estate, development, construction and property management.
Estimating and Project Manager
Joe brings over 45 years of construction supervision, project management and estimating experience to his position. He is proficient at running sophisticated projects where tightly controlled field practices are critical for client satisfaction.
His expertise extends to project estimation and sales, as well as maintaining relationships between owners, architects and subcontractors. He is committed to delivering projects on time and within budget expectations. During his tenure with the firm, he has overseen several significant projects including an 18,000 square foot MOD for Resurgens Orthopedics in Fayetteville, the Phi Mu National Headquarters building and the North Georgia MOB, a complex of two buildings, each consisting of approximately 30,000 square that contained medical offices, examining rooms, a radiology center and a physical therapy facility.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as project superintendent for Robert E. Lamb, Inc. where he specialized in managing high-risk projects. He also worked as a project manager and superintendent for Frommeyer Construction Services, Inc.
Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
VP | Preconstruction
Robert brings nearly 40 years of senior development and construction management experience to his leadership role.
As Vice President of Development and Executive for Hotel Construction, Robert is responsible for the implementation of our development projects including design development, permitting and construction. He is also responsible for the project leadership on our Hotel projects. Robert is committed to delivering a product to our customers that meets the highest standards in the industry, on schedule, and at the agreed price.
Robert studied Industrial Arts Technology at the State University of New York at Oswego, and has furthered his education with NHBA Continuing Education, Contractors Institute School of Construction, Green Building and LEED, AGC / GBC Construction Management Courses, and LIHTC Financing.
In his personal time Robert likes to spend time with his family, work in the yard with the landscape and vegetable garden with his wife Susan, and enjoys Competition with his Road race car.
