With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Brent’s knowledge of retail, combined with national leasing experience and broad business background, form a solid foundation to understand and provide valuable solutions for Randolph Williamson clients.

In addition to being President of Real Estate, Brent is responsible for the brokerage of commercial land, office, retail and industrial properties.

Brent previously worked with Ranstad North America as the vice president of infrastructure and real estate where he was responsible for procurement, telecommunications, distribution and facilities operations. He also worked for Federated Department Stores as the director of store operations.

Brent is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia and National Association of Realtors and the Rotary Club of Peachtree City. He is the recipient of the Phoenix award recognizing ten years of high-grossing sales in the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate market.

Brent received Masters in Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University.

James Clark

James brings nearly 50 years of sales, marketing and business ownership experience to Randolph Williamson and is one of the most well-known and respected real estate professionals in south Atlanta.

While his primary focus is land sales, income property and special use property, he also has extensive experience in client counseling, investment property, 1031 tax-free exchanges and other complicated transactions.

James was the president and founder of Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc. Prior to founding Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc., James was a commercial loan appraiser for the Draper Owens Company and the chief commercial appraiser at First Federal Savings and Loan.

James is a member of the Georgia and National Association of Realtors, Board of Directors of Student Leadership University and an Active Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In addition, he is listed in the Marquis Directory of Who's Who in America and the recipient of the Silver Phoenix Award, recognizing 25 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club.

James received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Georgia and is a graduate of the Georgia Realtors Institute.

Michelle Boyd

Michelle joined the firm with an impressive track record in commercial real estate. She brings over 15 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker focusing on office leasing, sales, development and disposition.

Michelle served as an associate broker and assisted with the management of 10 brokers in the real estate division at Group VI. She developed and implemented the new policies and procedures manual for the entire division, while responsible for training and management of all aspects of leasing activity of two junior leasing consultants. In her current capacity, Michelle works closely with the senior leadership team to position the firm’s growth and acceleration in all areas of its expertise including brokerage, leasing, development and construction.

Prior to working at Randolph Williamson, Michelle worked at HealthAmerica, where she participated in market research, package design and presentation for a $150 million medical office portfolio with site locations across the country including New York, New Jersey, Florida, and North Dakota. Michelle is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Coweta Community Foundation Board and Bear Creek Hounds..

 

Tracy Hale

Tracy is a licensed real estate agent responsible for the brokerage of commercial office, retail and industrial properties at Randolph Williamson. Tracy represents both sellers and landlords in marketing property as well as buyers and tenants in site location and negotiation services. From the South Metro Atlanta Area, Tracy is a great resource for any business or individual looking for property in the southern crescent.

Prior to working with Randolph Williamson, Tracy was in the aviation industry for 18 years and assisted in managing and marketing a jet engine repair station in the Atlanta area. After managing her family’s commercial real estate rental portfolio for the last several years, Tracy decided to dedicate herself to becoming a commercial real estate agent full time.

Tracy is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia and National Association of Realtors. Tracy is very active within the local community, volunteering at the local schools and with local sports organizations.

Tracy studied business and finance at Clayton State University.

Debra Leonard

Debra joined Randolph Williamson as a Property Management Specialist, with an extensive background in Commercial Property Management. She brings over 30 years of experience in the industry, and is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Georgia. Her industry experience and management responsibilities include office, medical, industrial, retail and residential properties in excess of 435,000 square feet as well as responsibility for two Business Parks totaling 586 acres respectively.

Her expertise in the industry allows Debra to work closely with Senior Management to position the successful growth in all areas of Property Management, including brokerage, leasing development and construction. Throughout her career, she has worked in all capacities of management, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer service, while maintaining large portfolios of business for multiple high profile Property Management firms in the industry. Her experience as a District Manager with a National janitorial firm, allowed her to achieve Presidents Club status for successfully growing and managing her portfolio.As a Senior Manager, she has supervised Administrative staff, Area Managers, Building Engineers, Property Managers, and enjoyed mentoring them toward developing their skills to achieve promotions in their field.

She is currently a member of the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA), and has served on committees within the organization, throughout the years.

Brenda is a licensed real estate agent responsible for the brokerage of commercial office, retail and industrial properties at Randolph Williamson. Brenda represents both sellers and landlords in marketing property as well as buyers and tenants in site location and negotiation services. Brenda has over 15 years of professional experience as a real estate agent with a heavy focus on new home and commercial multi-family sales.

Brenda worked in sales and marketing, and business development for 30 years prior to joining the team at Randolph Williamson. While working in sales and marketing she increased sales in her department from 1mm to 10 mm, winning her an award for “Top Sales Achievement” with her company. After achieving much success for sales in business and residential real estate, Brenda decided to move into commercial real estate where she can combine her sales expertise with her business savvy.

Brenda is a recipient of the “Circle of Excellence” award for the Million Dollar Club.
