With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Brent’s knowledge of retail, combined with national leasing experience and broad business background, form a solid foundation to understand and provide valuable solutions for Randolph Williams clients.
In addition to being President of Real Estate, Brent is responsible for the brokerage of commercial land, office, retail and industrial properties.
Brent previously worked with Ranstad North America as the vice president of infrastructure and real estate where he was responsible for procurement, telecommunications, distribution and facilities operations. He also worked for Federated Department Stores as the director of store operations.
Brent is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia and National Association of Realtors and the Rotary Club of Peachtree City. He is the recipient of the Phoenix award recognizing ten years of high-grossing sales in the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate market.
Brent received Masters in Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
James Clark

James brings nearly 50 years of sales, marketing and business ownership experience to Randolph Williams and is one of the most well-known and respected real estate professionals in south Atlanta.
While his primary focus is land sales, income property and special use property, he also has extensive experience in client counseling, investment property, 1031 tax-free exchanges and other complicated transactions.
James was the president and founder of Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc. Prior to founding Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc., James was a commercial loan appraiser for the Draper Owens Company and the chief commercial appraiser at First Federal Savings and Loan.
James is a member of the Georgia and National Association of Realtors, Board of Directors of Student Leadership University and an Active Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In addition, he is listed in the Marquis Directory of Who's Who in America and the recipient of the Silver Phoenix Award, recognizing 25 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club.
James received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Georgia and is a graduate of the Georgia Realtors Institute.

Brenda is a licensed real estate agent responsible for the brokerage of commercial office, retail and industrial properties at Randolph Williams. Brenda represents both sellers and landlords in marketing property as well as buyers and tenants in site location and negotiation services. Brenda has over 15 years of professional experience as a real estate agent with a heavy focus on new home and commercial multi-family sales.
Brenda worked in sales and marketing, and business development for 30 years prior to joining the team at Randolph Williams. While working in sales and marketing she increased sales in her department from 1mm to 10 mm, winning her an award for “Top Sales Achievement” with her company. After achieving much success for sales in business and residential real estate, Brenda decided to move into commercial real estate where she can combine her sales expertise with her business savvy.
Brenda is a recipient of the “Circle of Excellence” award for the Million Dollar Club.

As the owner of McClanahan Insurance Agency, Matt brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to the position. His unique background and continued work in the insurance industry allows him a better understanding of his clients' needs and the importance of risk management when conducting real estate transactions.
A Fayette County native and graduate of Fayette County High School, Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with studies in Economics and Finance from Trevecca University.
Dedicated to professional development and to serving his community, Matt is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the Rotary Club of Peachtree City.
When he’s not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Angie, and son, Nolan. They can be found cooking, exploring in their Jeep, attending car shows, and cherishing moments with their beloved bulldog, Munson.
