This 22,000 square foot, three-story Corporate Office building is located at 5780 Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, GA and serves as headquarters for Chatham Properties and real estate center for Legacy Realty. As the Design Builder, Randolph Williamson worked with architects, Foley Design Associates, to construct the shell building and complete the interior build out. The interior is a high-quality finish level featuring barrel vaulted ceilings, custom cherry woodwork, fabric wall panels, and granite floors.
