Towne Lake MOB is a 16,766 square foot, two-story Medical Office Building located at 155 Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock, GA on 3.89 acres. As the General Contractor, Randolph Williamson worked with architects, CDH Partners, Inc. and Medical Management Associates, Inc., to design and construct the three suite medical facility using structural steel framing, membrane/metal/shingle roofing systems, and a natural stone, brick and stucco façade. The property is owned by Woodstock Medical Group LLC and is currently home to Marietta Plastic Surgery and Thomas Eye Group.
This facility features a high level of articulation in the exterior building materials, dramatic building elevations, architectural windows and exterior detailing.
