Creekside Professional Building is a 53,000 square foot, three-story Medical Office building located at 6095 Professional Parkway in Douglasville, GA. As the Developer and Design Builder, Randolph Williamson worked with architects, Alexander & Associates, to design, construct and build out the interior of this site with a brick exterior and pre-cast concrete accents. This building is currently home to WellStar Medical Group and Creekside Dental.
The facility is located on the campus of WellStar Douglas Hospital and is near the Douglas County Administrative Complex. This building was the first of several facilities constructed in Creekside Professional Park, a 26-acre mixed-use development. The park includes general office space, additional medical office space, and a day care center. The amenities include walking trails along the creek and convenient access to both the hospital and the courthouse.
