Decatur Pediatrics contracted Randolph Williamson, for their third project together, to oversee the construction of this 48,228 square foot Medical Office building, located at 5424 Hillandale Park Court in Lithonia, GA on 1.25 acres. As the General Contractor, Randolph Williamson worked with architects, Hiscutt & Associates, Inc., to design, construct and build out the base building and interior of this site using structural steel, membrane and metal roof system with pre-cast, decorative, brick façade and EIFS.
This facility features an articulate use of exterior building materials, curved joist, entrance canopies and decorative exterior lighting.
