Ron Williamson, Mark Williamson and Brent Randolph to lead the full-service CRE firm
ATLANTA/PEACHTREE CITY (Nov. 15, 2016) – Ron Williamson and Mark Williamson, former co-owners of Group VI, have partnered with former Group VI broker Brent Randolph to create a new company ready to meet today’s dynamic and changing commercial real estate and construction needs. With more than 25 years as the premier full-service commercial real estate and construction firm in Atlanta’s Southern Crescent, the name change from Group VI to Randolph Williamson reflects the firm’s growing position from local to regional leadership.
“For nearly three decades our principals have been heavily invested in commercial real estate and the growth of Atlanta’s Southern Crescent from Peachtree City throughout Forsyth, Douglas, South Fulton, Fayette, Clayton, Henry and Rockdale counties,” said Ron Williamson, founder and chairman of the board of Randolph Williamson. “We are proud of our homegrown heritage and we are excited about our future as we continue to serve the burgeoning Southern Crescent but also expand into new markets.”
The partners of Randolph Williamson have been instrumental in more than $500 million in construction and development projects including Pinewood Atlanta Studios and the adjacent Georgia Film Academy, as well as Spalding Regional Medical Center, Fayette Physicians Center, the Fairburn Education Campus and The Old Edwards Inn, in Highlands, North Carolina.
“The name change to Randolph Williamson reflects our growth, not only in the development and brokerage business, but also in our construction services,” added Williamson.
