Things are happening in Fayetteville, Georgia. I’m most excited about all of the opportunities that appear to be happening on the square in Fayetteville. The plan for the revitalization of the downtown area and the continued opportunities at Veteran’s Pkwy and Hwy 54 will result in more development in and around Fayetteville.  The opportunity for residential development in the heart of Fayetteville offers much needed residential growth and this residential growth will lead to additional commercial investment in the area creating more places to eat, shop and play.  The revitalization of downtown Fayetteville has been a long time coming and the area is primed for investors to move in and take part in this city refresh.
