ATLANTA (August 30, 2017) – Randolph Williamson, a full-service commercial real estate and construction services firm, announced today the $450,000 sale of a 31.4-acre land parcel in Fairburn, Georgia. The parcel, which sits near the new Smucker’s and Google Fiber facilities, was bought by Strack Family, LLC.

Randolph Williamson agent, James Clark, represented the seller, PRX Holding Corp. for WebMD Health Corporation. Bob Stephens at King Industrial Realty represented the buyer, Strack Family, LLC. Stephens said the land will be used as an expansion of the storage yard for Strack, Inc., a Fairburn-based contractor specializing in site preparation, boring and tunneling projects, utility construction and more.

The land is located on Bohannon Road at Lake Place which is North of Interstate 85 at the Highway 74 exit. The parcel is zoned for industrial use.
