ATLANTA (September 20, 2017) – Randolph Williamson announced today its addition of Robert Wagoner as senior project manager, Joshua Brewer as director of preconstruction, Clark Johnson as staff accountant, Tracy Hale and Brenda Lawing as sales and leasing agents, Don Hulon as project manager and Ron Brown as superintendent. The new additions to the Randolph Williamson team represent the growth in both the firm’s commercial real estate and construction divisions.

 Robert Wagoner has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry. Wagoner has worked as a senior project manager for firms including Devron Property Services, Carter Concrete Structures and The Beck Group. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in construction management technology. At Randolph Williamson, Wagoner leads and manages various projects while also fostering positive relationships with clients and contractors.

 As director of preconstruction at Randolph Williamson, Joshua Brewer works closely with the project management and development teams to collaborate and prepare conceptual estimates for projects of various sizes and complexities. Brewer keeps Randolph Williamson up-to-date on all trends in methods of construction, materials and construction costs. Brewer also serves in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.

 Clark Johnson joined the Randolph Williamson team as a staff accountant.  He brings more than 11 years of professional accounting experience.  As staff accountant, he is responsible for the daily and monthly procedures for the property management and real estate divisions.  In addition, he is responsible for generating construction pay applications, change orders and other accounts receivable invoices. 

 Tracy Hale joined the Randolph Williamson team as a sales and leasing associate. Prior to joining the firm, Tracy managed her family’s commercial real estate rental portfolio for several years. In her current capacity, Tracy is responsible for the brokerage of commercial office, retail and industrial properties at Randolph Williamson.

 Brenda Lawing has over 15 years of professional experience as a real estate agent with a heavy focus on new home and commercial multi-family sales. Prior to working with Randolph Williamson, Lawing worked in sales and marketing at Servpro. Lawing joined the Randolph Williamson team as a full-time sales and leasing agent and is responsible for buying and selling properties for her clientele.

 Don Hulon joined the Randolph Williamson team as a project manager, and brings years of health care sector experience from past roles with WellStar and Griffin Spalding Medical Center. In his role at Randolph Williamson, Hulon manages various projects by planning and budgeting. Don oversees all aspects of specific projects while working closely with team leaders to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.

 Ron Brown brings 26 years of field experience to the Randolph Williamson team. His varied construction experience lies in commercial Class A office buildings, hospital and medical office buildings, government, industrial, higher education, K-12, food and beverage, multifamily, technology and assisted living. Ron is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction. While working for The Beck Group he earned his Masters of Science in Construction Management.
